I'm quite close to signing up but had 2 quick (I hope) questions.  

1. I see that Lunarpages has mailing lists available.  Is there a way to link such a list to a subscribe/unsubscribe button on my webpage.  Ideally, I would like folks to be able to be able to just enter their email address in a box and click subscribe or unsubscribe with with very little maintenance from me.

2. Lunarpages is compatible with either Outlook or Outlook express right?
