1. I was playing around in the demo controls and I started to create a new email. When I was in there it didn’t ask if I want it to be an IMAP or a POP3. How can I decide which type of account is which?
I think a new account is both. You can decide if you want to use it as POP3 or IMAP.
2. I also saw while in the account controls that thee is a web mail. Is there a way for an employee or anybody with an email to get to the web interface for his or her account without going through the administrative controls?
Every account has webmail... just go to
http://yourdomain.com/webmail and use
username@domain.com and your password to log in. Works with all accounts!

3. I was reading on these forums that there is ways to have two domain names go to the same hosting account. How is this done? Do I just choose somewhere to pay the extra 2.50 and put the name servers into the second domain name?
4. Along with the previous question, can I specify the directory to start the second domain name?
5. If I do have two domains, can I accept email for both? How would I set that up.
Any other information I should know on the two domains would be much appreciated.

Month.
7. Would the phone support be able to walk me through this if I still don’t get it.
The phone support is great! They'll be able to talk you through everything, probably even the birth of your child if you needed it!

But, everything is pretty self-explainatory... or you should be able to do it by online manuals too.
