Hi,

We're looking for a hosting plan for, at least, three sites for our company, but I can't find it.
Please can you tell me if you have any plan for it?.

Now we have a site hosted with you and in the future we're planning move it to the new plan, jointly with other two new sites.

Best regards,

Alejandro

The Basic hosting plan may suit your needs.  You could sign up using your most important domain, and then add the two others as add-on domains (the Basic hosting plan allows the use of unlimited add-on domains).  You can check out that plan here:

Please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions, we'd be more than happy to help you out!  Thumbs Up

Hi Mitch,

Thank you so much for your reply. I'll try to set an add-on domain.

Regards,

Alejandro

Hi Mitch,

Me again  Very Happy

I've configured my addon domain to point at the Lunarpages nameserver for our account (NS1.LUNARSERVERS.COM and NS2.LUNARSERVERS.COM) but it's not working.

Code:
Domain Name: WORK-SYS.COM
Registrar: DIRECTI INTERNET SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. D/B/A PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM
 Whois Server: whois.PublicDomainRegistry.com
 Referral URL: http://www.PublicDomainRegistry.com
 Name Server: NS1.LUNARSERVERS.COM
 Name Server: NS2.LUNARSERVERS.COM
 Status: ok
 Updated Date: 22-apr-2010
 Creation Date: 19-nov-2009
 Expiration Date: 19-nov-2010

The nslookup's response:

Code:
** server can't find www.work-sys.com: SERVFAIL

Do you have some tip about the problem?

Best regards,

Alejandro

Might drop an e-mail over to support@lunarpages.com, see if they can check into that for you. Smile

whois lists your nameservers in order as ns2 and ns1.lunarservers.com. I don't know for sure if the order makes any difference, but if your primary domain lists ns1 and ns2, I'd change the add-ons to match that order. And you've confirmed that lunarservers.com is what your primary domain is using (as well as ns1 and ns2)? Some people go and use the "example" nameservers instead of their actual ones. Finally, remember that it takes some time for changes to the DNS to propagate around the world (allow up to 72 hours, although often it's in less than 24).

Hi MrPhil,

thanks for your reply.

I've read that the order is not important. The lunarservers.com (ns1 and ns2) are my domains, I've confirmed also. I've updated at April 22 the information, so I think is not a propagation problem.

I'll send an e- mail to support@lunarpages.com.

Best regards,

Alejandro
