Sabic is becoming slower and I am in the midst of updating my site. I am thinking of changing to a dedicated server as I am restarting my mainsite and store. I read, on your pages, that it is an extra $4.95 per month to my bill. Do I have it right? I can switch to a dedicated server for my site, not shared, for $4.95 per month? What does this mean as I have a recollection that a dedicated server is more expensive. Just me? crotographer

Hello. That would not be correct. Please see our VPS and Dedicated plans at http://www.lunarpages.com/web-hosting/linux-and-windows-vps/ and http://lpdedicated.com

$4.95 is the monthly charge for a dedicated IP address, something needed for SSL certificates and anonymous FTP. It has nothing to do with dedicated servers.

There's the clarification I was looking for. Good. Now I know. Problem/Question solved. That was EASY. Thanks to all on LP. Guess I'll stick around for another hundred years or so. The "or so" is a question. hug me
