My current web host company has irritated me for the last time. I must find another host right away. Before I decide, I need to confirm a few things. I've spent hours reading posts in this forum but I've only managed to confuse the issue! I am, however, very impressed that Lunar has a forum.
Here is the situation...
I currently have 5 domains and 9 subdomains.
My first question is: Can I host all of my sites at Lunar for the low monthly fee of total of $18.50? ($7.50 for the basic account, plus $1. for the subdomains, and $2.50 for each of the additional domains) Am I correct?
2. If I buy a domain name through Lunar, will I be notified in a timely fashion at the end of the year so I can pay for it without someone else buying the domain out from under my nose? (As was the case with my current host!)
3. Where is this company physically located? Is payment expected in US currency?
I'd prefer a company moderator to answer my questions please.
