 With the vps hosting can i load any software as i would on my home computer?
How do i access it=view the screen Mr. Green Mr. Green

How you view it would depend upon the software you're loading. If it's a web application, you would go to the web application address. If this is a Windows VPS or dedicated server, you would need to Remote Desktop in to view it.
