My basic plan is coming up for renewal, but I'm not exactly sure what my options are.

In my control panel, I'm listed as having a 24-month plan at 6.95 / month (and my current plan includes cpanel).  If I let the plan renew automatically, is this what I will get again? Or will I lose cpanel (since it's now an extra fee)?

If I change my plan and don't keep cpanel, what will that do to things I have already set up with cpanel (I'm thinking about the email and .htaccess stuff, and fantastico scripts that I might want to uninstall in the future)?

Has anyone recently gone through this?

Thanks for any help,
Arthur

Hi Arthur, you should retain any services you had when your account was first setup at the fee you paid when you signed up, and it should all be done automatically.  You might just login to the Customer Account Page (http://account.lunarpages.com) to make sure your information is still up to date, and your payment method on record is still valid.

Thank you for the info., Mitch.

If I renew for a term longer than 2 years:
      i)  will the per-month rate decrease?
ii)  will I lose cpanel (since that might be considered a "new" plan)

Not 100% sure on that, since it might be subject to change.  I would suggest you e-mail billing@lunarpages.com and they'd be better suited to let you know what your options are, and will have a little more information about your account handy/on record to work with.
