Hmm. Maybe it was a false alarm, like those missiles approaching Hawaii?

Ok, they are still available - it seems that my IP got blocked, says support.
No shortcut icons, but access by the advertised method

https://{servername}.lunarservers.com:2096/ should do it, or {yourdomainname}/webmail

Still having funky access issues to my site, but that's another topic.

Hmm. Maybe it was a false alarm, like those missiles approaching Hawaii? I'm still waiting for an announcement from LP itself that the system can be used.

I didn't get an email like that. Would be nice if LP sent out updates when they do stuff like this.

Something to do with AutoSSL (the free SSL for all accounts).

See the "Let's Encrypt" thread on this board.

They do indeed seem to have moved (or hidden) the old email clients. I don't use them myself, except when traveling without my laptop. On my regular PC, I find it a lot easier to install and use an email client such as Thunderbird or Outlook (there are many others) -- you may want to consider that, as they're generally a lot easier to use, and more powerful.

Anyway, if you want to continue using one of those built-in clients, maybe the best thing is to open a support ticket and find out what the story is (whether you need to install a client). Perhaps you could share with us the results? And thanks for the Heads Up that the old clients seem to be gone.

E-Mail Troubleshooting and Tips / Webmail clients - now don't see?
« Last post by laser20 on January 14, 2018, 08:52:26 PM »
Until recently, there was always a link to webmail from Cpanel - that took me to a page with three hosts - Roundcube, Squirralmail, and whatever the third was.

Today, (ok, the first time I've looked in a few months) I don't find a link to these webmail clients.
I do see links under Softalicious to install clients.
This is the first time I've looked since the nocification that Rhea would be upgraded.
What happened? should I install one of those clients using Softalicious? If I do, will it find the previous email files?

???
