Can we add features (eg. an extra db) to our clients' accounts ourselves as required or will we need to send in support tickets and have someone do it for us each time ?

You would have to either pre purchase or send in a ticket for your customer.

At the moment the system is still being developed and at the roll out there will be more manualfunctions than we would like - for instance having to contact our support to add a new DB. As the system evolves we will build in functions so that you will be able to administer more & more areas of your clients' hosting.

Since we will be in a manual stage for a period as we get rolling there will be reseller representatives here whom you will be able to reach 24-7 to make sure that your needs & the needs of your clients are taken care of quickly.

Thanks,

Trey,

As a new member to the forums I noticed that this was posted by you quite a while ago.. Can you tell me how this effort may have progressed further since you last spoke about it..

It would be great to have the option in the master control panel to set up features like "Java" or a "Dedicated IP Address" for an account that we host, without needing to call into support...

Along those lines of questions.. If I do sign up as a reseller, should I be asking for that "Reseller Representative" at the helpdesk who may know a bit more then the other reps..
