You can host unlimited sites on the Reseller plan, but you need to purchase the additional accounts.  Thus, the question on how many you can host is unlimited, but that does not mean you purchase unlimited accounts by buying 1 reseller package.  You do have to buy each account you will reseller and the costs for those accounts are as Scott already indicated above.

To see what the plan includes, please visit http://www.lunarpages.com/plan4.php which shows exactly what each reseller account you purchase will have.  The reseller accounts are similar in specifications to the basic shared plan we have (this is http://www.lunarpages.com/plan1.php), but it is not exactly the same for bandwidth and disk quota.  The reason for the differences is that you have high price reductions on the reseller plans when you buy them in bulk.

Accounts Needed means how many accounts you want to purchase to add to your reseller plan for signup.  You need to purchase accounts to be able to reseller them.
