I am one of those who misunderstood reseller account 1 domain hosting policy. I thought that it would host multiple domains. This is in part caused by some of it's said features of unlimited ftp accounts, Domain Registrations: Up to 3 FREE!, etc.

To avoid this unclear impression, I already inform Customer Service on my suggestion through email. I will repeat here:
Please add one line on Reseller account key feature that says something like: Domain hosted: 1 (one).

Unfortunatelly that I 'd done payment transaction through my Credit Card. I've claimed 30 day money back guarantee (credit card refund) on 11 Sept. 2007. Customer service responded immediately asking billing information including last 4 digits of my credit card number, which I provided right away. However until today, I don't received update on the refund progress. Need information from Lunarpages persons in the forum to give me some enlightenment on the reseller cancellation process or progress of my claim on money back guarantee.

Thank you

Hello, sorry to hear you have had trouble.  With our reseller plan setup you would purchase one hosting plan per web site you would like to setup.  If you have any other feedback you'd like to pass to Lunarpages you can also contact us via feedback@lunarpages.com.

Thanks Mitch for your response.

Regarding my question on cancellation or money back, will I get notification from Lunarpages regarding it's status or progress?

Sincerely
Putrayasa

Sorry to hear about you leaving us - but yes, if you have already put in that request the billing team should be following up with on that as soon as they can do so.
