I currently own one shuttle package and read on the boards you can upgrade it to the reseller package. Now as a reseller the only reason I wish to sign up for this is to get the discount with more sites.

Am I able to keep my clients credit cards on file for their portion of the annual billing? I do not wish to have ten sites and all of them hit my credit card at once... many of them pay via credit card and I have no means in which to accept payement by that form as of yet.

Also many of my sites have mutiple domain names attached to them, do we get the same discount as the shuttle once we have purchased several? I also didn't see a way to purchase additional names in sign up, does that have to be done via a ticket?

I told a person I met today who was on the news and had a tragic loss and needs to accept donations. I told him I would make him a page for free with his deceased son's name but I don't want to have to puchase an entire package to do so. On one of my (soon to be) existing reseller accounts am I able to make a page and have his selected domain point to the page I designed him in one of my existing accounts without having to purchase an entirely new package?

On to the next question. I don't currently have many websites and probably won't for a few months, if I were to sign up for the shuttle plan, set up the one add-on account and upgrade to the reseller in a few months, would that delete the site?

Gotcha! Ok, I think that answers all my questions. For my purposes now I think having multiple shuttle plans probably would be my best bet for now.

As a suggestion, having add-on domains would be very helpful for resellers!!!
