One of my client's accounts has a "free domain for life" bundled with it.

Do I use the same login and password at the registrar as I do to login to LP? I ran a whois query to find the registrar, but my login doesn't seem to be working. This account was recently transferred from a basic account, into my reseller account.

I sent through a support call 5 days ago, but they must be busy as I haven't heard back yet.

Thanks for your reply.

I had tried the URL after finding tucows from a dig query on the domain and the seeing "domain help" in the footer. However the login wasn't working so I couldn't change the nameservers.

I still haven't had a reply from support, but the login has started working (using exactly the same details). Very strange.

All's well that ends well. Thanks again.
