Please get your facts straight before posting! 150 words is far too long. Even 150 characters may be a little on the long side.

I often have seen that Meta Description of my website are not displayed in searches but some of the post contents and displayed at the place of meta description in searches. How can I solve this issue ?

There's nothing to obligate a search engine to use your meta description. Yours might have been ignored because it was too long, or the SE felt that the keywords in the description didn't accurately reflect the page content, or they just don't bother using the meta description, or any of a half dozen other reasons. Just keep trying!

I always prefer 150 to 160 characters in Meta Description.
