Hi,

Does anyone know if the search engines would like it if I created a page JUST to load affliliates on ?

Do the search engines like this or not or could this been seen as a bad move and affect my rankings or knock me out the rankings.

Thought I'd better check this first !

Thanks

Hi,

The best way I would suggest in regards to this matter is first check with the search engines your information will be submitted to. They will provide what is acceptable and what is not in regards to submitting metatags.

You can, but it wouldn't carry much weight. There are millions of links like that out right now, mainly those fake review sites, where they name supposingly top 5 or top 3 or whatever, but it's really just their own links.

of course you can put links on your page, but google may very well not like it in the end with spammy-looking affiliate links all over the place. best bet is to mask and nofollow the links through php and then do a redirect to the merchant landing page.

there are lots of ways to do it, just search on google for "masking affiliate links".
