I know a little about SEO. I want to know about how to get quality backlinks from my website ?

Any  recommended  would be highly appreciated here !!!

To get quality back links you should submit your website in high page rank website which give dofollow back link to your website and also submit your website link in most relevant website which is related to your business.

to get quality backlink you must  observe wat your competitor are doing you have to check backlinks of your competitor and place your link there however you get quality back link form article sites , forums also from directory sites

There are five main tasks to implement systematically whether to build quality backlinks for your blog / website:

1. Create quality content;
2. Submit your blog to directories related;
3. Submit new content to the blog Social bookmarks;
4. Comment on blogs, websites and related forums;
5. Get links to the various pages of the blog / site.

To increase PR, Link exchange is one of the best techniques but link exchange should be done only by finding of relevant sites and preferably with the websites with higher PR than yours.

Directory Submission.
Press Release Submission.

Here are some tips to get good back links for the sites ..
Here are some seo tips are given..
Write unique content
Add new content all the time
Create a great keyword phrase
Choose a phrase that is popular, but not too popular  
Write an accessible site  
Use the keyword phrase in your title tag
Get a domain with your keyword phrase
Use the keyword phrase in your URL
Use your keyword phrase a lot, but not too much
Use your keyword phrase in headlines
Use your keyword phrase in anchor text of links
Try to get links from reputable sites
Try to get links from similar sites
Try to get links from .edu, and .gov sites
Create as much content as you can
and make sure they are active all..
