Yes, all of the search engines give importance to meta keywords because they determine what is your page about. It can be very useful if you include some of your meta keywords in the title (because the title is even more important).

Google (and maybe others) pretty much ignores meta keyword tags, due to past abuse by page authors. Some engines may pay more attention to meta keywords, and meta keywords certainly won't hurt you if they're honest (not attempting to hijack searches with unrelated keywords). Just don't expect a miraculous improvement in search results by adding a meta keywords tag.

Yes bing also gives importance to meta keywords same like yahoo gives.

Mainly Google does rely on backlinks while Yahoo and Bing both do rely on Title & Meta tags.

Yes it does give importance to meta tags. All the search engines look for meta tags for indexing.

Meta keywords does not get any importance from search engines now a days. It is preferable that we should focus on content rather than any other thing.
