Not sure if everybody has heard of Microsoft's new Bing search engine, but I wanted to let you all know they have a pretty cool looking Webmaster Tools section of their own here:

In order to get successful submission to bing you should have effective directory submission and link building technique. Provide do follow list of blog and forums with high PR and also good directory sites.

I have used Bing Webmaster tool for about 2 years... however, i don't prefer this tool much. it seems to be complicated to check out the site..and help me to keep up the status of my projects. Google still be better.
however, if you want to rank on Bing. use Bing webmaster can make sense. Smile
