I mainly rely on writing original articles and spread them across the network to boost my site's SEO ranking.
What's your single most used SEO technique?

Since most of the web sites I run use WordPress, I would say my default plugin selections have to be my SEO ace in the hole. Here they are:
+ All in One SEO Pack + Google XML Sitemaps

Just do what your site was made to do. I use WordPress for many of clients. And I suggest them to just blog about there business. This is what the blog was made for. And where ever you feel that commenting or putting my sites / blogs like would help others or would be of interest, do it - place your link there. Plus as suggested by Mitch, All in One SEO pack works good for WordPress

SEO ( search engine optimization) makes your website more visible on the internet which helps in capturing more global visitors & prospective clients.Unique content is important too and also try to avoid to fill up 140 characters keep it short as much as possible with keyword density to your point.

First of all you need to create the excellent site that is more user friendly and then seo friendly. After the succesful creation of the site do the on page optimization and finally get some short of off page. If you have created the user friendly site is surely goig t be indexed fast by the Google rather than applying any technique.

I find link exchanges to work great - especially if you can get larger sites to swap links with you.
