Yes website traffic affects Search Engine Result Page's position . But only when you are getting healthy traffic. Because the, more healthy visitors you 'll get &more your business 'll grow.

Yes, definitely SERP totally depends on the traffic so that you have to need submit website in to the high authority sites such as Wikis, .gov, and .edu website and also you can do blog commenting, creation, forum posting, video creation and so on to get increase SERP position.

Yes, without any doubt the website traffic is going to affect the SERP positions. It is obvious when you get a good amount of traffic than the ranking are going to get affected positively for sure.

No doubt traffic help to increase search engine rank page position.  SERP totally depends on the traffic. Any how you have to get more traffic for you site. You can do SMO, social bookmarking etc those activity help you to increase traffic and more traffic help you to increase SERP also.
