DEVELOPMENT SPECS:

Users must register with their email account
Users get teir password by email

Moderator is notified by email of:
- New user registration - Username  & E-mail Address
- New postings and comments to approve
Moderator can email Users
Moderator can delete unapproved comments and postings
Moderator can block Users

Users can't see dashboard

User has these permissions:

+ Draft post 
  - Moderator checks it out and posts it
  - Moderator can permit user to post directly.

+ Make Comment 
   - Moderator checks it out and posts it
   - Moderator can permit user to comment directly.

+ Can edit his posting afterwards
   - Moderator approves it and posts it
   - Moderator can permit user to edit his own posting directly.

+ Cannot edit other Users' postings

Moderator can delete any inappropriate comments
Once the moderator approves a posting, all users can see it and can post comments about it

The Blog opening page is always the same
It is developed already in a post:       http://thinkergame.com/blog/

Users go to one of the permanent seven sections of the blog. There they can make postings for approval:
   -a long [1000 lines] entry
 . -a longer Wordpad document
   -media: graphic, audio, and video
