Thanks, Garvey.

I did a little rooting around myself to try to look at some sites/pages with a similar feature - but am not seeing lots of them I think cause I don't even know what to call this sort of thing.

What is this kind of thing called?
Is it much different than a guestbook?

Cool.  I'll surf a bit more.
I'm guessing that your judgment will be better than mine as to what will be best...I just want to look at some.

Aw geez.  You'll never believe this:

I also did not get to do what I wanted this weekend.  My laptop (the computer I use from home since my kids fight over the two PCs) was stolen this weekend!

If they'd have stolen $1000 in cash, I wouldn't have been nearly as depressed over the loss - even though I won't pay near that for a new one.

I wasn't worried.  I know that none of us really have that stuff they call "spare time"  :)

I am just thrilled that you're taking an interest to help.

Thanks, Garvey!

I am so sorry to hear you guys got robbed.  :( Hope you reported it, just in case they have leads from other similar robberies. You never know. Most crooks are not "one time only" offenders.

Mine was especially horrid cause they stole 3 cases of beer, too!

Actually I'm sure it was kids who know I've got a beer fridge in the garage.  They cleaned it out.

Then one of them probably got gutsy and tried the door to into my home, and there staring at them from my family room just past the kitchen was my laptop's screen saver.

In the dark they walked right past my wallet, my Blackberry and a $1500 camera!

They were no doubt in my home for no more than 20 seconds or so...and gone!

Little sneaking sons-of-biscuits!

Yeah, role model for millions of wannabe San Quentin residents!

...or wannabe hospital residents if they get caught in someone's home!

I was looking thru the now long list of lunarpages websites, excellent job by the way RickJ, and noticed that alot of them are not there, esp the ones called "oops" , I guess that problem was bound to happen?
Sorry to hear about the thieves. No one likes a liar or a thief. They will get theirs when it comes back around, ten fold.

Hey RickJ, I haven't used that blog for quite some time.  When you get a sec, you might want to update to the links that are in my signature, minus the David Crowder Band site, of course.

The Beav

If you can't design an attractive, standards-compliant website using nothing more than Notepad and a decent graphics editor, you need to rethink your approach to web design.
