Spend 2 days in the lab, working up a new design.

wow, they are both really good. I like the colors of the new one, but i like the beveling on the old one. hard pick. I also like the pointy font for the title on the old one. but they are both really good. pat yourself on the back    (or whip it)

Nice design, second one seems to lack something, I cannot point my finger to it, but somethin is lacking.

I really liked the first site just overall, if i had to choose i would definatelly go with the old design first.

Not a big fan of the splash screen, dont see why ya need that, navigation menu seems to make sense on the old style,and i love tho everall design, maybe because i use it as well

Ok, here's my opinion. I think that your fist layout is a little bit better. The layout that you have right now is somehow a little friendlier to my eyes. I would stick with the first layout because it just looks great and doesn't need many changes. But if you are really trying to change your sites look, all I would do is change the colors. I don't think there's anything else you should change except that. Good job

Gotta say I like the first one better also. It has life and a personality. The motion gives one the feeling of something going on. Both are excellent and a big atta a boy !

They're both good, but I like the second one -- I'd suggest making the "Ghost Ops" logo a bit more emphasized, though, perhaps outlined in black. Otherwise, I'd be afraid that it would the banner would draw all attention away from the title.
