Yes, it is hard to read, I am going to change all of it to a brighter color when i get a chance. For now if you highlight it, it is easier to read.

Looks like you are new to webdesign, but it's a nice start. Here are some suggestions from me on your site. First of all, your top left image didn't work for me when I opened your website. Maybe you didn't upload it properly but I'm sure that you'll find a way to solve that little problem. Secondly, I think that you need to organize your site just a little better. For example some of you images are on the right and then you have some images on the left for now particular reason. How about making some pattern? For example, placing most of the images in the center of the site or something like that. My last suggestion would be to add some more colors to your website together with some more content and info. However, this suggestion could be held back, since you have a under-construction sign on the bottom of your site and because of that I would assume that more content will brighten up you page with more text and probably more color.

Those are some of my suggestions that could make your website better. Hope you don't take them in a bad way, but use them to help you make a better site. If you need help with anything, feel free to ask any questions here and I'm sure that one of us will be able to help you. Good luck mate

on the side navigation bar, it's a little hard to read the links, i'd change the color, or change the background.

"The Band" link opens in a new window while the others do not.

Perhaps a way to navigate the site from each page so you don't have to hit the back button in order to go to the next page?

A great start

I'm saying pick a method, though I prefer not having new windows open.  Just my personal preference

but perhaps some back buttons or have the menu on each page so you can navigate easier

Yea, the menu on each page is a good idea, the new window opening is because i added a tracker to "the band" link so i would know how many people go to more than just the home page.

Do you have that site hosted on lunarpages?  If you did you could use the web stats to track who goes where.  Pretty cool stuff.

I also think there are some other places that do web stats for free.  I'll have to hunt for it though
