If you are going to use rules and etiquette copy and pasted from another site you should remove the references to that site: rule 10

Love the concept but one of my biggest pet peeves is white lettering on a dark background. I find it hard to read and I rarely stick around to find out more. Learn from Google and keep the design simple with a white background.

Love the idea though
