Well take a look Take a Look HerePage is in very early stage of design, i am trying to decide on color scheme.... I dont really know what kind of colors would look good so maybe some help with that. There are 2 color edits right now, one is for main page, the link, and other iis for rest oif the site, please look through few sections and let me know which colors ya like better. Our programs section is mostly done and just check some other sections to see overall design. Take a look at top nav bar see if ya like that effect in main page and the subsections. Let me know please what ya think and about those colors.... I have color disability or somethin *just jokin* [ November 01, 2001: Message edited by: Santos ]

I tell you something.I love those colours just as they are.Maybe fiddle about with the text a bit to make it stand out a little more.Just diont make thetext too bright. If i were to use more colour on that page ė`d add small stuff that doesnt change the general feel that the page has got now. It has a feel of seriosity without being dull as it is now.

maybe a little more fluidity between the pages would be good, I noticed that the "home" page was different colors then the other ones, i'd change the home one to match the other ones or the other way around. it looks good tho, i agree with Blue, it has a nice seriousness to it with out sucking. good job.

I'm not a fan of the strip where it says www.alovingchoiceinternational.org. I don't like the way it covers up the picture of the kids. And as for colours, I'd go with something saturated but not too bright or primary - maybe a jewel-tone type red, maroonish? Or navy, or dark green. That would maintain the "seriousness" but make it less sterile.

you know i just looked at it again, and i realized calamity is right, the lines do cover up the kiddies faces and makes it look sort of tacky, maybe if you left the text but dropped the lines? My next piece of advice that i thought about was to have the menu link items in the top right have different colors then the ones on the left column, if you need some help with that check out this little tutorial i whipped up on doing just that: http://www.lunarpages.com/untilted/misc/csslinks.htm I again wish you the best of luck, i think that page is looking great, it just needs to get the final touches that all pages go through. have a good day. -Brian

Yep I agree with CalamityJ about the lines and colour, the front page is a little too bland. but otherwise i like your setup. Shadow

Hmm, well at least the color difference is meant to be there *between home page and others as said in first post*. I myself like the home page colors more. Brian, menu colors are same on home page, it is just a matter of changing font color in the tag Thanks for the help tho. Well I will try the maroonish red combo and see where that takes me, i will definately repost the site once it is done... Banner if noth having stripes on it would be too bland, its meant to be a softner not to stand out kinda thing. THANK YOU so much for all your replies i much much much appreciate them.

You know of course that you have a baackground image which is qute nice and would look ok with text on it. and as far as the lines are concerned on the kiddies faces you could try something semi transparent as a sofen er or localize a blur. Anyhoo it nice, specially the pink. Shadow

Hi! A r e a l l y great site!!! I haven't read the comments on it above, but my suggestion is to make the yellow background sort of less yellow - more to the begie-greyish, and then to make the links to the left darker - or, if you change the bg to be darker than the yellow u have now, maybe even light greyish and when hovering dark greenish-begie. The colours of the links at the top look very good but the left hand links hovering red colur doesn't really fit into the present scheeme, I think... Hm, that was a lot of talk, I hope you understand what I'mtrying to say English isn't my native language and i tend to be unclear sometimes.. Best of luck with a very very nice site! Voodoo SMTF
