Looks real good.  If you're going to use frames, that's the way to do it.  You might be better off posting this in "Websites and Creations" under "Reviews and Discussions".  This area is more for questions of a technical nature.

I agree with Santos, a little bit more content wouldn't hurt. I love the layout. It very clean, probably one of the cleanest websites I've seen and it's also very organized. Another thing, you picked some very nice colors, they go very well with your website's topic or main idea. Good job, keept it up.

Lovely, lovely! Me gusto mucho. It's fantastic. The colours, layout, frame usage, all excellent. But will you be adding more content later? Perhaps a bio and cast page, in keeping with the blog thing?

That would improve a visitor's appreciation of the site, but other than that, it's great.
