My users have tried to upload images to me through my submissions page and I could not open the images uploaded.

So far, only 2 people have tried to submit, and both have had the same problem, however it works fine for me.  
Is it a coincidence?  Or do I have my permissions set wrong on the files folder (currently 755)?

what type of image files are your users uploading, have you tried the same file extension and they were successful? 755 is the correct chmod setting.

what occurs exactly when you try to view these?
