Hello,

I have a website for my students and parents and I am redesigning it.  In years passed, I have asked parents to write their names, e-mail addresses, and student names on paper and then I had to type them all in.  I am pursuing parents being able to add their name to a mailing list via my website.  I found the MailMan mailing list option in cPanel.  I also found information on how to integrate it to my website here:

http://labs.phurix.net/posts/integrate-a-newsletter-into-your-website

The only issue is that I KNOW nothing about scripting so I don't know how to modify it/add it to my site.  My html is limited (editing in DreamWeaver via trial and error with no formal training and relying on templates to learn from).

Can someone help me figure out how to add this to my site, please?

Also, is there any easy way to add a way for parents to enter their names, student names, and e-mail address so that I can have that in a separate location to access?

Thank you VERY much for any assistance you can offer!

EDIT:

I just found that I can do phpList via Lunarpages and Softaculous, so if using that would be easier, I am game for anything!  Very Happy

I have the e-mail subscription form almost figured out, but I can't seem to get the look right.  The button isn't right.

I would still like to add a way for parents to add info (name, student name, e-mail) for a separate file/database/whatever that I can print out or access electronically.  It would be great if they could enter their info and the e-mail address would be sent to the mailing list AND the other location.
