My users have just started getting this error message whenever they post or PM:

Now I don't really know much about this, but from what I have googled could it be that the sendmail path has been changed? I haven't made any changes to my boards myself recently, so I can only guess that LP has changed something that has affected phpbb. I'm on dagmar.

Does anyone know how I might fix the error?

I tried to post, not pm, on my forum and everything is OK. I'm on Orion.

There were also a load of errors on some pages that used PHP, but whatever it was it appears to be fixed now.
