Does anyone know if full file-sharing within a network (a newsroom in this case) is possible with (the newest version of) Microsoft Outlook?

I have been trying to find info on this subject, and come up dry every search.

Someone help!

Thanks!
xoxo

I'm not sure what you mean by "file sharing". If you want multiple users to access the same mailbox, then set Outlook to access your mail using the IMAP (rather than POP3) protocol. The mail will stay on the Lunarpages server and multiple users can connect to the same account and see the same mail.

This thread probably should be moved to the email area.

i dont quite what you mean by file sharing, if it's email then do what kwdavids said, if it's files can't you just create a shared folder?

Just guessing since I try to avoid outlook, but are you referring to something related to SharePoint services perhaps?
