I'm interested in creating a forum for one of my Lunarpages-hosted sites.  Can anyone shed some light on how to go about it, or point me in the direction of a tutorial?

I believe that almost all servers have the ability to install the SMF forum from the user control panel. unfortunately it looks like they do not have version 2 which was released on June 11th. You should be able to install the version on the servers 1.1.3 and then perform an upgrade to version 2 using the SMF control Panel.

Thanks wektech.  Installing SMF was incredibly easy via Fantastico in the ControlPanel.

So, I was able to upgrade SMF to 1.1.14 via it's upgrade link, but not to the newest version, 2.0.  I went to the Simple Machines website and downloaded the 2.0 Zip file, but I'm not sure hot to proceed from here to upgrade the software on the server.  Any suggestions?

OK then, go to http://download.simplemachines.org and at the bottom you will see download link for webinstall. The link to the instructions is also there. As I remember it was fairly painless.
