I'm posting this message after submitting a hd ticket and being recommended to post here...

I am trying to install CRE Loaded Pro 6.4 and support suggested to install osCommerce 2.2 via Fantastico first, and then do an upgrade to CRE.  OSC installs fine and I'm able to see the store; however, once I upload all the CRE files (minus configuration and .htaccess files) and go through the installation process, I get the following message at the end:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/tende8/public_html/digiartcafe/install/includes/functions/database.php on line 64.

From here, if I try to go to the Admin page I get the following error:

1046 - No database selected
select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration
DATABASE_TEP_DB_ERROR

Trying to go the the Catalog gives me: AN INTERNAL ERROR

LP support has already verified that I'm using the correct DB settings, user name and password but still they are duplicating the same 'INTERNAL ERROR'.

Does anyone have any experience installing CRE Loaded?  Help will be appreciated.
