Can anyone help, no one has gotten back to me.

I created a joomla website on my localhost (my computer) I tried to install it by ftp but I get a http 500 internal error. I installed it in Directory -Public html -> my website.

So I uninstalled my website because it was not working and I installed Joomla directly from your webapp pool and the plan joomla template worked fine and I was able to see it. So I tried to override the joomla template that was viewable with my website on my localhost, it did not work.

So how do I install my joomla site from the local host? Is there a way I can install Joomla from the webapp pool and then override it with my personal website? Or install it without installing joomla first in the webapp pool?

Thank you for your help

I checked my permissions and those are 755 for folder and 644 for file.  (I think, if I did it correctly.)

I also submitted a ticket to support but it has been 4 hours and I thought I might have better and faster luck here.

Make sure you check the documentation in your welcome e-mail to make sure you have the path to the MySQL databases correct.  If you are on an LPCP controlled account, localhost is no longer used.
