Does anyone know if a LP shared account meets all the requirements of hwdVideoShare http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/multimedia/video-players-a-gallery/3698 .  Requirements call for FFMPEG, MENCODER and FLVTOOL2 to run.  I'm not technical enough to know if these are Host requirements or client requirements but I'm thinking host.   The only thing I could find on the LP forum seemed to indicate that FFMPEG was included.

Does anyone have any experience with the Joomla component and/or know if it should work on LP Shared Account?

Might depend server to server.  I would recommend contacting support@lunarpages.com so that they could check, depending on the specific server you are setup on.  From the looks of it, it looks like a YouTube-clone extension, and for that we usually recommend our VPS or Dedicated hosting packages, especially if you are wanting to convert and compress videos on the server side (since this process can be very resource hungry, and eat up a server's RAM and CPU).
