I am sure this is probably an easy fix, but when I upgraded everything seemed to work fine, except now at the bottom of my forum it says this

anyone know what I did, or how to fix it?  This is also a problem because I cant get to the admin panel right now

overall_footer.tpl is probably not in the subSilverfolder or wasn't uploaded right. Try uploading that file again.
