When you upgraded did you remove all instances of the installation files for the previous version?

2.0.11 is the recommended version, and it is recommended as well to remove all references to previous versions.

I upgraded to 2.0.11 and I did my custom mods.
Is there any other patch to apply?

it should be fine

but you could always install a special mod that will give you increased security:

http://www.lunarforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=177768#177768

but since you run the latest version of phpbb and lunarpages runs a secure php version
it should (normally) be fine
