I adjust my time zone in the ADMIN panel of my BBS forum correctly (-8:00 GMT) but the time is never corrected in the forum!!!

Does anyone know how to fix this???

Your forums showing the correct (GMT-8 hours) time to me.

You also have to set your membertime as well in your profile.

So before logging in you get gmt-8 hours and probably find when youve logged in the time changes due to the member settings also need altering..
For me here on THIS forum the times showing 04:10 ( which is correct for me) for your personal profile settings that will be displaying differently. the same goes for your forum
