Does anyone know how to enable the option to allow users to select from whatever styles are installed?

I installed a style quite some time ago, and I am pretty sure that I commented out some code to remove the option to allow users to choose a style.  Now I want to add that back, but I can't figure out what to change.  As I said, I think I edited some code, but I'm not sure.  I've looked for options within phpbb config to enable/disable the "style selection" option, but I can't find anything.  There is an option to "Override user style: Replaces users style with the default" but I have that set to "no" which I interpret to mean that the user can apply their own style.

I've asked on the phpbb forum, but they are of much less help than LF

That winmerge is a great little program.  Thanks for the suggestion.  After spending a few minutes with that, it seems my memory is misleading me.  I could not find any change that would enable/disable a dropdown style picker in phpbb, but I did find two mods that will provide the capability I was looking for:

It seems to work pretty well, though it looks a little clunky.   Perhaps later I will go back and try the other one.

This may be old news, but on the main configuration page there's a yes/no option labeled

Override user style
Replaces users style with the default

I believe set to No allows style changes.
