Author Topic: PHPFormGenerator giving 500 server error  (Read 615 times)

Hello all,

I am trying to use the PHPFormGenerator script and the install goes perfectly and I am able to create forms with no problems.  Although, when I go to process the form I get "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." and in the error log I get this message "Premature end of script headers: /home/source4/public_html/formgen/use/test2/process.php"

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link to the form: http://www.sourceracing.com/formgen/use/test2/form1.html

The error message I got was the "Not Found" error:

Code:
The requested URL /formgen/use/SponsorApplica/form1.html was not found on this server.


You don't seem to have a "SponsorApplica" folder, but you have a "DriverApp" folder with the "form1.html" in it:

http://www.sourceracing.com/formgen/use/DriverApp/form1.html

When I filled out the form1.html and hit the "submit", I didn't get any errors and it redirected to the home page.

Yep,  

That would be the WRONG cut and paste..  I fixed the link. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the patience.

Acutally it looks like I got it working.. not entirely sure what I did, but it is working now. Thanks for taking a look though.

Hello,

Im having a similar problem. I get a 500 error once I submit my form.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Form URL:  http://www.dumbdoggy.com/custom_bumper_stickers/use/CustomBumperStickerQuotationRequest/form1.html

Any thoughts?
