Author Topic: Transfered Joomla 1 website - getting error - SOLVED  (Read 796 times)

I recently had a working Joomla 1 based website transfered from one LunarPages server account to a new one at LunarPages.  The website is up and running in most aspects.  However, certain actions cause a message like:

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'lists' in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_acajoomcbplugin/acajoom_cb.php on line 314

This kind of error message occurs when a user clicks the Register link on our website as well as when I go to the Joomla administrator interface for the website and try to look at records for any of our registered users.

I know very little about Joomla but since this was working fine before the transfer and since the website just moved from one LunarPages server to another, I suspect the underlying cause must be something basic.

Any help appreciated.

It's possible a file is missing. You may want to contact support@lunarpages.com right away with this issue so they can take a look.

We found that one file had not been transferred properly.  The file name was there but the file was empty.  Website is now working.
