When I edit the SubSilver.css manually thru file manager, I save the changes but they don't take.  On another site, I installed another style (SubBlack) which is now the default for that site - when I edit that .css file everything works fine.

Can someone shed some light on this?

Thx!

Hey Scott,

Check the chmod and file ownership, you don't state if you are editing with an FTP client or file manager, but if the chmod is less than 600, try changing  it to 644
If it doesn't let you, please send us a ticket and we can chown ownership to yourself.

Also check the .TPL files do not override any of the .css settings due to mods and that your admin is set to use the subsilver templates.
