My site is built entirely in WordPress.  The files are in a subdirectory called "blog"  in the root.    The URL was www.sitename.com/blog.  After setting up a redirect, the URL is now www.sitename.com.  Everything looks fine, except for the slideshow on the opening page which no longer works.  Any idea why the script would no longer be working?

Could you show us an example?

I would also double check your file paths, because since the change - could be the files are pointing at the old locations, rather than the new one.
