Hello,

i just upgraded from mini mail plan to VPS to send unlimited email but i cannot configure outlook, the error is in the SMTP

i tried connecting to the ports 25 - 26 - 587 with ssl, tls & none encryption but still cannot send mails can anyone help me solving this ??

BTW i have another mega mail plan & it is configured with the port 587 & works flawlessly on the same network ISA.

Hello,

By default, port 587 is not open on servers (VPS or otherwise). We open 587 on our shared servers as some ISPs block outgoing traffic on port 25 (the likely case in that issue.) Please submit a ticket or call into our dedicated support line so that may assist you in getting your email to work.
