Hi,

I got my VPS server set up on friday.

I created a mail account for the domain which is the primary domain and tried to see if I could create another mail account for the domain, but the icon for Add new mail account is grayed out. It says that the action exceeds the limit defined by my software license. Is that really the case?

I thought that VPS customers got more than one mail account for a domain.

I'm guessing when you setup the domain, you must have set it up with a limit of 1 mailbox. (maybe default setting??)

You can change that on the "Domains" page, check the box next to the domain, and click "Modify"

I tried the Group moderation button as the moderation button is not available.
I increased the mailboxes but got the message that they where already unlimited.
