Hello, I have used lunarpages over 2years,  And i am very disappointed about after-sale service of lunarpages.  Usually, they only reply you one time by one day.  But when the problem happened , how can it be solved by one time ? For example, i has just bought a remote sql database, the technical told me it has been crearted, but when i try it, it can't work . 
By one word, how terrible service you are . Now , my vps is still shut down, and the remote database still can't to be connected.

Is here anybody help me ?

Hello. Unfortunately, there is no one here in the forums that can help with this. These forums are for users to help other users with web design, etc. If you would like to provide your 7 digit ticket number, I will be happy to take a look at the current status for you to see what is happening with it but we cannot discuss accounts here in an open forum for privacy and security reasons.

When i bought the vps , i saw the above good service.

When the problem of my vps happens, I am waiting hour by hour. 11 hours gone, and nobody reply me till now.

reopened - awaiting tech in Admin - Dedicated replied about 11 hours ago
