My server was set up last week and I have had difficulties accessing the file manager in Virtuozzo. Internet Explorer 7 seems to be working better than the other browsers (Firefox 3.0.6, Opera 9.6.3, Safari 3.2) in Plesk Control Panel and I can only access the Virtuozzo file manager in IE 7.

Most of the time when I try to access the Virtuozzo file manager in IE 7, I  get errror: The file manager is unavailable now (technical details: VZAgent returns error #414: "Unauthorized request.".).

Today when I tried I could access it and the file I wanted to view. I browsed to another part in the Plesk control panel for some viewing and clicked later on the Virtuozzo file manager to view some folder, but I got the error as shown above.

Tank you for the reply perestrelka,

I have already done that this week and it seems that this is working normally on their end.
Maybe I have to submit another ticket and inform them about the error details, I will do that today.

Thanks for your cooperation. Did you test the file manager in an alternative browser, like Firefox?

Yes, at least I tried to use Firefox in the Virtuozzo file manager even though it performed badly in Plesk.
It's the same with the other browsers except I gave up using them in Plesk.

Internet Explorer 7 is the only browser of 5 which is usable in Plesk even though it performes badly, it's also the only browser I could use to access Virtuozzo File manager but just some of the time as it gave errors most of the time.

Update: I forgot to mention that I tried to log me in from a Linux machine too from my home network, it was same.
