Hi,

My website is not loading correctly and It is down for more than 12 hours.
Please refer Ticket Number Ticket #2017920 
The same problem happened before and it was fixed by Technical Team. The answer given by Technical team before was "We are glad the issue is resolved. It was a network routing issue which was fixed."

When I open my website http://www.jextn.com It should open my website, Instead, I am seeing the message "   It works!"
Please fix it Urgently.

Are you still seeing this? When I go to http://www.jextn.com I am seeing a Joomla Extension Developer website.

Hi,

Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Please read the Ticket properly, there I have mentioned a Proxy installed in a another Lunar Page account for testing purpose.
using this proxy site is not opening and also, This site is not opening from my another hosting account with other company.
Please find the screenshot for the same, I am getting a message "It Works".   http://216.14.122.216/look2web/jextn.jpg
The issue is, the site is opening from some locations and it is not opening from some locations. This is the issue.

Never worry about this. It happens sometimes.  http://www.phpkode.com/ is my site, It once was down for more than 24 hours. But it is hard for me to distinguish the reason for this!
