Uptime has been under 97% this month.  That is terrible by any standards!  Also, I just found out that Lunarpages has no SLA in place.  There is no recourse for your clients!?!?!

VPS is still down! I opened ticket 812682 two and a half hours ago and haven't heard anything from anyone. Phone support is down because of the holiday. This is the second major outage in a week, and I am not happy. I don't even know if anybody is aware of the issue. Somebody please contact me!

I see that your ticket has been answered and is currently being looked into by our VPS support team.  This thread also might help for anybody else unsure about this issue:

FYI, the instructions in the thread you reference above don't help. They indicate that a user can check status of the VPS server using their cpanel login and clicking on "Network Status". I tried this, and it reported that my server was "Ok" when it wasn't even responding to pings.

Yes, admins are aware of the current issues with VPS9 and are looking to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Howardhsu,

These forums are not official support, so you can't expect an immediate reply on each post here. Please understand that posting here does not affect such situations much. Company servers are being monitored and, if there are problems with them, an immediate action is done that's why it usually happens that you get answered when everything is back up.

Hello,

I hope all works fine for you now. If somebody is still experiencing any issues, please drop me a PM with your ticket number.

Applause seems like back in line again, thanks, but is there any way where we can get prior information on server being restarted or server will be down for 30 to 40 minutes, if that is possible, i think that will be so nice, coz that will ease me alot of troubles, searching for support.

Hello,

If a server gets rebooted, or there are problems admins are aware of or working on, the info in CAP area gets updated. You should be able to access it via http://lplogin.com with username and password you specified signing up for the account.

Please advise, if you have any further questions.
