More details and news on this innovation will be in the next company newsletter, but in the mean time I just wanted to let you all know and encourage you to login to the Customer Account Page (CAP) and update your e-mail accounts you have in your account records with us. All you have to do is:
Login here: https://account.lunarpages.com
Go to Billing/Contact Information
and then give us your "Alt. E-mail Address". This way if we can't reach you via the first e-mail address, we have a backup e-mail address to get in touch with.
Also, one more good tip to check for and change if necessary would be to make sure the e-mail addresses you give us ARE NOT associated with the web sites and domains you have with us.
For example, if your web site was down and we were trying to contact you about it, and your e-mail account on record was associated with that account, your e-mail is down too - so you will miss the message.
